Discreet Packaging and Delivery
We will ship your products in discreet packaging via Australia Postal services.
Orders that are not shipping in post or courier satchels are boxed in plain packaging.
However unless required by law products sent may have to be disclosed
All charges and receipts will be shown as Estar Technologies Pty Ltd.
If you are from outside Australia and would still like to purchase our products, send us an email and we would try our best to send it to you. For international customers, delivery quotes are on an order by order basis, but the price of the products remains the same in AUD
Delivery time
Shipments are usually within 3 working days however this may vary depending on location.
Please allow for deliveries to be sent within 10 working days upon reciept of payment. Note that is is for Australia only.
Warrenty & Returns Policy
Normally warranty on goods is 12 months return to base. Some product is
under the manufacturer warranty (eg. Printer, Monitor ). Please contact with
manufacturer for return. All products returned for repair will be accepted under the terms of the
warranty agreement, as stipulated by the manufacturer.
Goods returned for warranty are accepted subject to inspection of the
manufacturer and/Warranty is Void if goods are damaged in any way or Warranty
Label have been removed or tampered with.
Estar Computers are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any
product whilst in transit to Estar Computers
If after testing, the returned product is found to be not faulty, you will be
charged the processing costs, plus all courier costs associated (if delivered),
returned product collection, and re-delivery of product
We must advise you to BACKUP your information before any service procedure.
We will not accept responsibility of any data loss / or damages associated with data loss.
To Insure you get your computer back efficiently please supply us with all your cd's that were given to you with your system. IE: Windows, Drivers etc.
We cannot install any program(s) if you do not supply the original CD / with license certificate. We can not install or use non-original CD's that you supply.
They must be original licensed copies.
All services contain no warranty. We cannot warrant software repairs or refund service costs.
Upon payment please make sure you are happy with the service(s) carried out.
On payment you have accepted that the system was working and in good order upon leaving the work shop
and are satisfied with the system.
We reserve the right to refuse to do work to any system upon presentation or inspection.
Dead on Arrival
We will accept the return of products that are Dead on Arrival. Products which cease to operate within a 7 day period from the receipt of the goods
are considered to be "Dead on Arrival" and will be replaced subject to inspection. Goods must be returned to
Estarcomputers.com.au or the product manufacturer for inspection prior to replacement. Goods that appear to be damaged from misuse or maltreatment will
be replaced subject to manufacturer inspection. Where www.estarcomputers.com.au deems that the item has been maltreated, the purchaser shall pay to
Estar Technologies P/L a service fee of $15 which covers the cost associated with the return and liability associated with the return of the products to
the manufacturer. Should an item be returned and that item be found to have no fault, the purchaser agrees to pay a service fee of $15 to tekompucers.com.au.

No package will be opened by our staff unless it has been arranged with a customer, via email, prior to us taking delivery.
